MS-311FLP Pocket Flap Machine
1. One‑click flap making – Uses a pattern sewing machine head to create flaps (pocket flaps) from all kinds of materials with a single operation.
2. Fully automatic process – Integrates automatic folding, feeding, sewing, thread breakage detection, finished piece stacking, and an automatic needle cooling system.
3. High efficiency – Produces approximately 4–5 pocket flaps per minute.
4. Power & air supply – Operates on 220V, 1‑phase, 50/60Hz, 1.25kW direct drive; requires 5 Bar air pressure with a low‑pressure alert.
5. Versatile application – Designed as a fully automatic pocket setter for big pockets, shirt pockets, twill material pockets, jacket pockets, and trousers pockets.
6. Quick changeover – Comes with plug‑and‑play jigs as standard; operators can change jigs and recall stored patterns in 30 minutes to start a new production.
7. Precision drive system – Equipped with a Delta 750W dynamic servo motor and driver, ensuring high‑accuracy XY positioning and stitching.
